Toivo Tulev’s Flow, My Tears for vocal ensemble (2008) and Evelin Seppar’s Sonnet No. 53 for mixed choir (2012) will be presented at the new music festival „Arēna“ in Latvia. Works will be performed by Latvian Radio Choir in Riga St. John’s Church on October 19. Concert „Shakespeare’s dream“ includes also music by William Byrd, William Brooks, Lasse Thoresen, Michaël Levinas, Thomas Tomkins, Eugene Birman, Oskars Herliņš, Kristaps Pētersons, Ēriks Ešenvalds and Thomas Weelkes. Conductors are Sigvards Kļava and Kaspars Putniņš. The concert program grew out of the workshop for young composers in Cēsis, where Latvian Radio Choir performed participants' works inspired of Shakespeare. Toivo Tulev took part in workshop as a lecturer.
