From November 6 to 8, Estonian National Male Choir and Estonian National Opera Boys’ Choir with Hirvo Surva conducting will have three joint concerts in Tallinn, Pärnu and Jõhvi. The concerts entitled as Fathers And Sons are dedicated to the Father’s Day. The program consists of works for men chorus, boys’ chorus and united chorus by composers from Estonia and abroad.
The concerts will take place on November 6 at 7 pm at Estonia Concert Hall, Tallinn, November 7 at 7 pm at Pärnu Concert Hall and November 8 at 5 pm at Jõhvi Concert Hall. The program includes choral works and popular songs by Konstantin Türnpu, Ester Mägi, Gustav Ernesaks, Veljo Tormis, Raimond Valgre, Aarne Oit, Olav Ehala, Piret Rips, Gerardo Hernán Matos Rodriguez and Jerry Leibe/Mike Stoller. Also instrumental ensemble and Andres Lemba (piano) will perform, texts will be read by Alo Rammo and Edmar Tuul.
