Presentation of the new CD of Ensemble Resonabilis

This week, Ensemble Resonabilis presents its second CD that celebrates their 10th anniversary. Album titled North Wind, South Wind presents freshest Estonian music:

The members of the ensemble with a unique combination of instruments are Kristi Mühling (kannel), Iris Oja (voice), Tarmo Johannes (flute) and Aare Tammesalu (cello). Kannel is a string instrument spread in the Baltic countries and Finland under different names and forms. Ensemble founded by Tarmo Johannes and Kristi Mühling constantly extending its repertoire in co-operation with different composers.

CD “North Wind, South Wind” sound engineer is Margo Kõlar, liner notes are written by Inna Kivi. CD was produced by Estonian Record Productions and Resonabilis.

The presentation of the CD will take place at Temnikova & Kasela Transcending Gallery & Project Space (Müürivahe Str 22, 2nd floor, Tallinn) on September 14 at 4 pm.
