Mikk Murdvee will conduct in London

On October 25, Mikk Murdvee will conduct the Symphony Orchestra of the Royal College of Music in London. The concert, which will take place at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, belongs to the year long project “Internal Dance: Inside the world of Béla Bartók“. The program includes works by Bartók and Szymanowski.

„Infernal Dance“ is an ambitious year long project by the Philharmonia Orchestra and their Principal Conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen; involving orchestral concerts, chamber concerts, study days, and talks.
Today, RCM symphony orchestra and Mikk Murdvee will perform Bartók’s Divertimento, Two Portraits Op 5, Four Orchestral Pieces Op 12 and Karol Szymanowski’s Symphony No 4 (soloist Meng Yang Pan, piano).


In November, Mikk Murdvee will conduct at the 50th anniversary concert of the Tallinn Music High School and at the finals of the II Tallinn International Piano Competition. For further information visit the homepage of Mikk Murdvee.
