This is also the frame setting in which international artists – and the festival audience – interpret Sibelius. The Loviisa Sibelius Festival is characterised by its warm, youthful atmosphere. Over the years, this traditional festival has brought a number of stars to the town under the management of artistic director Jan-Erik Gustafsson.
