Vsevolod Pozdejev to perform in St. Petersburg

  On March 19, composer and pianist Vsevolod Pozdejev will perform at Sheremetev Castle in St. Petersburg. The concert, featuring also Alexandr Barbolin (balalaika), Jelena Jakovleva (piano), Renat Rakov (clarinet), ASTro Trio and St. Petersburg MolOt-Ensemble, conductor Ivan Demidov will be held within the XXIII international arts festival From Avant-garde to the Present Day.

Vsevolod Pozdejev will perform the 1st movement from Sonata for piano and „A Poetic Moment (The Day Was Bright)“ by Pozdejev, „Vseva’s Light“ by Liisa Hirsch and „Impression I“ by Pille Kangur.

The XXIII international arts festival From Avant-garde to the Present Day in St. Petersburg began on March 11 and will continue till March 22. The artistic director of the festival is composer Igor Rogalev.
