Portrait concert of René Eespere in Germany

On December 5, René Eespere’s portrait concert of his chamber music will take place in Musikhochschule Münster. The students of Musikhochschule Münster will perform the following program:
Reditus for clarinet, cello and piano
Evocatio for guitar
Ludus tactus for flute and guitar
Ante diem for two guitars
Triangulum for violin, cello and piano
Trivium for flute, violin and guitar
Matbeth for violin and guitar

 

 

In addition to the concert, composer will give a composition and orchestration master courses as well as a lecture of his orchestral music during December 3–6.

Composer and pedagogue René Eespere who celebrates his 60th birthday this year, have had author’s concerts already in September in Helsinki, Tampere and Lahti, October in Moscow and St. Petersburg and November in Berlin. On December 14, also Estonian audience can take part of Eespere’s birthday concert „Fratres – LX“ in Tallinn House of Blackheads where music will be performed by ensemble Hortus Musicus (conductor Andres Mustonen), Tallinn Chamber Orchestra (conductor Paul Mägi) and various soloists.
