German record company ARS Produktion has released new CD entitled "Avec Privilege du Roy", where German-Estonian ensemble "focus baroque" – Holger Faust-Peters (viola da gamba) and Iren Lill (harpsichord) – performs music by Marin Marais, François Couperin, Jean-Philippe Rameau, Louis Heudelinne and Louis de Caix d´Hervelois.
Holger Faust-Peters and Iren Lill have played together since 2004. Duo’s repertoire mainly consists of music from the Baroque period but they have also performed pieces by contemporary composers.
Faust-Peters and Lill have given numerous concerts all over Estonia and Germany. The critics have especially praised the duo’s delicate sound and richly nuanced dynamics.
Their first CD "Anno 1698" was released in 2010.
