Concert “Treasury of Estonian Music I”

In October, the program of State Concert Institute Eesti Kontsert includes two concerts entitled Treasury of Estonian Music I where Eduard Tubin’ Piano Quintet in C sharp minor (1930) and Eduard Oja’s Piano Quintet (1935) will be presented. The performers are pianist Vardo Rumessen – meritorious introducer of Estonian musical heritage,
together with St Petersburg Quartet: Lev Klychkov (violin), Olga Barsova (violin), Andrei Dogadin (viola), Sergey Cherniadiev (cello). Also César Franck’s Piano Quintet could be listened.

Concerts will take place on October 4 at 7 pm in Estonia Concert Hall and October 5 at 7 pm in Jõhvi Concert Hall.
