Pille Lill Music Fund’s concerts in June

In June, Pille Lill Music Fund’s concert series will continue with six concerts.
Music of the Soul starts on June 6 at 6.30 pm in St Michael’s Church in Häädemeeste, where string quartet Muusa is performing pieces by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Rudolf Tobias. Members of the quartet are Liliana Tamm-Maaten (violin), Maarja Allik (violin), Karin Rauk (viola) and Raul Seppel (cello).
In series Young Master School, Gèraldine Casanova (soprano) with Piia Paemurru (piano) gives her doctoral concert entitled Voyage á Paris on June 13 at 7 pm in Tallinn Town Hall. The program consists of music by Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel and Francis Poulenc.
Pille Lill (soprano) gives her doctoral concert in series Master School on June 19 at 6 pm in Tallinn Town Hall. She sings vocal music by Pjotr Tchaikovsky, Villem Kapp and Mart Saar, piano accompaniment by Marje Lohuaru.
Young Master School continues in Tallinn Town Hall on June 25 at 7 pm with concert of Marion Melniks (soprano) and Piia Paemurru (piano). Their program consists of music by Richard Strauss, Oskar Merikanto and Alberto Ginastera.
Anna-Liisa Bezrodny (violin) and Tiia Tenno (organ) will perform Johann Sebastian Bach’s and Joseph Haydn’s music in Music of the Soul series on June 27 at 4 pm in St Martin’s Lutheran Church in Türi and at 7 pm in Käru Church.
