In July and August Pille Lill Music Fund’s concert series will continue with seven concerts. Music of the Soul starts on July 2 at 7 pm in St Martin’s Lutheran Church in Türi, where Saxophone Quartet Saxest is performing music by Faustin and Maurice Jeanjean and Pedro Iturralde. Members of the quartet are Ivo Lille, Virgo Veldi, Lauri Sepp and Sulev Sommer. Same concert is held on August 7 at 5 pm in Häädemeeste Culture House.
Ruzanna Nahapetjan (soprano) and Tiia Tenno (organ) are giving three concerts in Music of the Soul series – July 30 at 8 pm in St Michael’s Church in Häädemeeste, August 1 at 4 pm in St Martin’s Lutheran Church in Türi and 7 pm in Käru Church. They are performing music by Johann Sebastian Bach and Georg Friedrich Händel.
Master School concert series continues on August 9 at 8 pm when Cello Quartet C-JAM is performing in Tõrva Church-Concert Hall. Members of the quartet are Pärt Tarvas, Villu Vihermäe, Margus Uus and Andreas Lend. The program consists of music by Richard Wagner and David Popper.
Music of the Soul continues in Türi St Martin’s Lutheran Church on August 31 at 6 pm with concert of Czech Republic organist Aleš Bàrta. She will perform music by Johann Sebastian Bach.
