In February, pianist Ivari Ilja and baritone Dmitri Hvorostovsky will give five concerts on different concert stages of the United States of America. The duo will perform a concert program consisting of songs by Gabriel Fauré, Sergei Taneyev, Franz Liszt and Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
The concerts will take place on February 10 at Los Angeles Opera, February 13 at Louise M. Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco, February 16 at Chicago Symphony Hall, February 21 at Carnegie Hall in New York and February 27 at Boston Symphony Hall.
Dmitri Hvorostovsky is the greatest baritone of the modern age – he is well-known for his polished voice, musicality and temperament. Hvorostovsky and Ilja have performed together on different stages of the world for almost twenty years.
