In April Pille Lill Music Fund’s concert series will continue with six concerts.
First concert in Music of the Soul series will be held on April 7 at 6 pm at Otepää Culture Centre, where Geraldine Casanova (soprano), Jaak Lutsoja (accordion) and Tanel Liiberg (double bass) will perform.
On April 14 at 3 pm, string quartet Prezioso – Hanna-Liis Nahkur (violin), Mari-Katrina Suss (violin), Helena Altmanis (viola) and Andreas Lend (cello) – will perform at the Estonian National Library in the Young Master School series. The program consists of music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Claude Debussy and George Gershwin.
On April 17 at 5 pm, Master School concert will be held in Russian Culture Centre in Tallinn, where Virgo Veldi (saxophone) and Holger Marjamaa (piano) will perform music by Georg Friedrich Händel, Arcangelo Corelli, Frédéric Chopin, Hillar Kareva and Jules Massenet.
On April 19 at 3 pm Music of the Soul continues at Häädemeeste Music School, where Madis Kari (clarinet) and Ralf Taal (piano) will perform music by Francis Poulenc.
Master School concert will be held on April 21 at 7 pm at Tartu Heino Eller Music School. Mari Tampere (violin) and Aleksandra Juozapenaite-Eesmaa (piano) will perform music by Ludwig van Beethoven.
On April 25 at 4 pm, Music of the Soul concert will be held at Tallinn Synagogue, where Ulrich von Wrochem (viola, Germany) will perform music by Gideon Klein, Ernest Bloch and György Ligeti.
Master School continues on April 30 at 5 pm with concert of Andres Kontus (trombone) at Rakvere Culture House.
Also concerts in C’est La Vie restaurant & café will continue. On April 1 at 7 pm, Liis Lutsoja (violin), Jaak Lutsoja (accordion) and Tanel Liiberg (double bass) will perform program Tango En vivo. On April 8 and 29 at 7 pm, the concert of Geraldine Casanova (soprano) and Jaak Lutsoja (accordion) offers program titled as Paris, Mon Amour. On April 10 and 22 at 7 pm, Duo SaxPiano will perform music by Raimond Valgre, Cole Porter and Charlie Parker. On April 23 at 7 pm, Erkki Otsman (vocal) and Andranik Kechek (piano) will perform program Sakura. More information: C’est La Vie restaurant & café
