In June, Kristjan Järvi will conduct orchestras in Brazil, US, Germany, France and Poland

From June 3 to 5, Estonian conductor Kristjan Järvi will perform with São Paulo Symphony Orchestra in Brazil. The program consists of music by Joseph Haydn (Symphony No. 86), Leonard Bernstein (Candide Overture and Suite) and Igor Stravinsky (The Rite of Spring).

From June 10 to 12 Järvi will give three concerts at Kennedy Center Concert Hall as part of the 2010 International VSA Festival.

The National Symphony Orchestra of Washington, conductor Kristjan Järvi and percussionist Evelyn Glennie will perform Erkki-Sven Tüür’s Symphony No 4 „Magma“, but the program also features music by Edvard Grieg, Duke Ellington and Leonard Bernstein.

In the second half of June Kristjan Järvi will conduct Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra and Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra in Germany, Orchestra de Paris in France and Baltic Youth Philharmonic Orchestra in Poland.
