On June 15 and 16, Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir under the guidance of its chief conductor Daniel Reuss will perform choral music by Estonian composers – selected motets by Rudolf Tobias („Kleine Karfreitagsmotette“, „Oster Vorspiel“, „Ostermorgen“, Ascendit in coelum“, „Vivit“, „Kephas“), „Wanderer’s Evening Song“ (2001) by Erkki-Sven Tüür and sacred choral songs by Cyrillus Kreek („Psalms of David“, the religious folk songs). |
Concerts, starting at 7 pm, will take place on June 15 at Tallinn St. John’s Church and June 16 at Tartu St. John’s Church. Concerts are organised by State Concert Institute Eesti Kontsert.
