From September 21 to October 3, the 17th International Festival of Orthodox Sacred Music CREDO will take place in Tallinn and Tartu.
The main goal of the festival is the preservation, development and popularization of Orthodox musical culture. The concerts will be held at Tallinn St. John’s Church, Tallinn Dome Church, Estonia Concert Hall in Tallinn and Tartu St. John’s Church.
The festival features the Ensemble Vox Clamantis, festival CREDO male ensemble, the ensemble of the Leningrad State University named after A. Pushkin from Russia, the Chamber Choir from Borispol (Ukraine), children’s choir Raduga and Academic Female Choir of the Tallinn Technical University.
The International Festival of Orthodox Music CREDO is a member of an Estonian Music Festivals Association since 2002, and together with it belongs to the European Festivals Association (EFA).
