On October 6, new season opening concert of the Tallinn Philharmonic Society will take place at Estonia Concert Hall in Tallinn at 7 pm. The concert entitled Pure Gold will feature the Tallinn Philharmonic Orchestra and Austrian pianist Lisa Smirnova under the baton of Andres Mustonen. On October 8, musicians will perform at prestige Golden Hall of the Musikverein in Vienna at 7.30 pm. The program of the both concerts consists of Così van tutte overture and Piano Concerto No. 9 in E flat major, KV 271 (Jeunehomme) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Eine kleine Daneliade by Giya Kancheli and Symphony No. 7 in A major , Op. 92 by Ludwig van Beethoven.
Estonian orchestra will perform at Golden Hall of the Musikverein for the first time.
