Mirjam Tally’s work Blow for video and electronics will participate in the festival World Music Days 2009, which will take place from September 24 to October 4 in Visby, Växjö and Gothenburg. International festival World New Music Days focuses on contemporary music and sound art and is organized by International Society for Contemporary Music. Tally’s Blow, which is the only piece from Estonian composers at the festival, was composed in cooperation with film director Ülo Pikkov in 2005 and premiered in festival Dark Music Days in Island.
