Pille Lill Music Fund’s concerts in October

In October Pille Lill Music Fund’s concert series will continue with seven concerts. On October 7 at 7 pm Anna-Liisa Bezrodny (violin), Maria Veretenina (soprano), Virgo Veldi (saxophone), Matilda Kärkkäinen (piano, Finland) and Piia Paemurru (piano) will perform in Radisson Hotel Tallinn Seasons restaurant, the concert is organized in cooperation with Pille Lill Music Fund and Radisson BLU Hotel Tallinn.

Music of the Soul starts on October 2 at 5 pm in Sillamäe Astangu School where Olga Zaitseva (soprano), Maria Kondratjeva (mezzo soprano), Margit Saulep (soprano), Taimo Toomast (baritone) and Piia Paemurru (piano) will perform music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Franz Lehári and Carl Millöcker.
Master School starts on October 9 at 5 pm in Rakvere Culture House with the concert of Anna-Liisa Bezrodny (violin) and Matilda Kärkkäinen (piano, Finland). The program consists of music by Einar Englund, Sergei Prokofjev and Jean Sibelius. Same concert is held on October 10 at 4 pm in Russian Culture Centre in Tallinn.
In Young Master School series, the percussion students of Rein Roos – Maarja Nuut, Mart Aus and Petri Piiparinen – will perform on October 21 at 3 pm in Estonian National Library. The concert is entitled „Marimbafoonia Vol. 4“ and consists of music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Evelyn Glennie, Markus Maurizio Schmidt and Nebojsa Jovan Zivkovic.
On October 22 at 6 pm, in Music of the Soul series piano duo Kai Ratassepp and Mati Mikalai will perform music by Georges Bizet and Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy in Häädemeeste Music School.
Music of the Soul continues with music by Jean Paul Martini, Jules Massenet and Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy performed by Virgo Veldi (saxophone) and Tatjana Lepnurm (harp) on October 23 at 7.30 pm in Kabala manor.
This month’s last Music of the Soul concert is on October 28 at 4 pm in Kuusalu Music School where Linda-Anette Suss (violin), Marike Kruup (violin) and Jelena Fomina (piano) will perform music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Niccolò Paganini.
