The Organ of Vanemuine Concert Hall 30

On November 16 at 4 pm, concert dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Vanemuine Concert Hall’s organ will take place at Vanemuine Concert Hall. Soprano Julia Lentsman, saxophonist Lembit Saarsalu and organists Aare-Paul Lattik and Urmas Taniloo will be performing works by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Sergei Rachmaninov, Louis Vierne, César Franck, Maurice Durufle, Camille Saint-Saens, Edgar Arro and Rudolf Tobias.

The Vanemuine Concert Hall’s organ was installed in 1978 by the Czech organ company Rieger-Kloss. The organ itself is considered as the biggest and mightiest concert organ in South Estonia.
