Estonian National Male Choir sings sarcred music by Estonian composers

Sarcred music by Estonian composers will be performed at the Estonian National Male Choir’s concert “I thank thee”. The programme includes four choirs from Johan Tamverk’s oratorio “David and Goliath”, Cyrillus Kreeks’s The Psalm 104 of David and “Blessed is the Man”, and the premiere of “Wake up, my heart” by Aare Kruusimäe (b. 1972). The concert presents also choral works by Konstantin Türnpu, Eduard Tubin, Rudolf Tobias, Artur Kapp, Kuldar Sink and Urmas Sisask.

Estonian National Male Choir concert „I thank thee” takes place on June 2 at 6 p.m in Tallinn St. Olaf's Church and on June 14 at 6 p.m in Tapa St. Jacob's Church. Estonian National Male Choir is conducted by Mihhail Gerts.
