Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir at the opening concert of Chor@Berlin 2012

On February 16, Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir with its conductor Daniel Reuss will give the opening concert of the festival Chor@Berlin 2012. Programme consists entirely of Estonian music: Arvo Pärt’s 2 slawische Psalmen and Magnificat, Galina Grigorjeva’s Nox vitae, Cyrillus Kreek’s Psalm 22 of David, Psalm 104 of David and Blessed Is the Man, Mart Saar’s Young Brethren, Sing (Noore veljo, veeritage) and Veljo Tormis’s St. John’s Day Songs. Tormis’s songs from the cycle Autumn Landscapes are in the programme of Berliner Mädchenchor’s concert on February 18. Four-day vocal music festival takes place at Berlin culture centre Radialsystem V.
