The Scrapyard series began 6 years ago and is a series of Lo-Fi music performances, the aim of which is to combine handmade instruments and elements considered imperfect in the context of the performance (Lo-Fi music) with contemporary classical music. The performance uses various aspects of performance art, technology, and media, resulting in an interdisciplinary experience.
Movement plays an important role in the works presented at the concert performance, where the choreographic ensemble of musicians uses musical instruments with expanded capabilities, performing several highly effective and technically complex works by composers Alexander Schubert, Hugo Morales Murguia, and Alessandro Perini. The works are not only limited to conceptual manifestation, but the movement is also concretely manifested in the resulting changing the sound.
Tickets are available at Fienta.
