Concerts of bariton Dmitri Hvorostovsky and pianist Ivari Ilja in London, Berlin and Russia

In October, bariton Dmitri Hvorostovsky and pianist Ivari Ilja gave two concerts in London and Berlin, performing vocal pieces of Fauré, Taneyev, Liszt and Tchaikovsky. In November, the duo will perform works by Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky, Wagner and Verdi in Russia.

On October 30, Dmitri Hvorostovsky and Ivari Ilja gave a concert at the Berliner Philharmoniker Kammermusiksaal where they perform a program consisting of songs by Gabriel Fauré, Sergei Taneyev, Franz Liszt and Pyotr Tchaikovsky. The concert was a part of the series „Singers – the World of Vocal Music“. The duo performed the same program on October 21 at the Barbican Hall, London.
On November 9 and 13, Hvorostovsky and Ilja will give two concerts in Omsk and Rezan, Russia.

Dmitri Hvorostovsky is the greatest baritone of the modern age – he is well-known for his polished voice, musicality and temperament. Hvorostovsky and Ilja have performed together on different stages of the world for almost twenty years.
