On October 1 at 4 pm, the Estonian Theatre and Music Museum will celebrate the International Music Day with the concert entitled as Train Trip Through Estonian Music. Children’s Choir of Tallinn Music High School, conducted by Ingrid Kõrvits, will perform children’s songs and choral works by Gustav Ernesaks, Olav Ehala, Mart Siimer, Tõnu Kõrvits, Cyrillus Kreek, Veljo Tormis and Urmas Sisask. This year the concert is dedicated to Estonian composer and choral conductor Gustav Ernesaks – 100 years will pass since his birth on December 12. He has composed many songs for children of which the most popular is Train Trip.
