Chamber choir Collegium Musicale starts its 10th season in Kyiv with music by Arvo Pärt

On August 28, chamber choir Collegium Musicale has the honor to start its 10th concert season in the city of Kyiv in Ukraine. This concert will mark the Independence Day of Ukraine (August 24), the Day of Restoration of Independence of Estonia (August 20) as well as the birthday of Estonian composer Arvo Pärt (September 11).

The concert will take place at Holy Sophia Cathedral, and the programme consists of music by Arvo Pärt, Cyrillus Kreek, and Pärt Uusberg.

Estonian chamber choir Collegium Musicale was founded by conductor Endrik Üksvärav in 2010. The repertoire extends from renaissance to contemporary music. The special place in the repertoire belongs to the Estonian composers.
