All Souls’ Day concerts of Collegium Musicale

On October 31 to November 8, chamber choir Collegium Musicale, conducted by Miina Pärn and Endrik Üksvärav, will give four All Souls’ Day concerts in Pärnu, Tartu, Jõhvi and Tallinn. The program consists of Missa Papae Marcelli (composed in the late 1550s or early 1560s) by Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina and Missa brevis (2013) by Erkki-Sven Tüür. The choir will be joined by pianist Johan Randvere (in Pärnu and Jõhvi) and organist Ene Salumäe (in Tartu and Tallinn).

Concerts will be held on October 31 at 7 pm at Pärnu Concert House, November 1 at 7 pm at St. John’s Church in Tartu, November 2 at 5 pm at Jõhvi Concert House and November 8 at 7 pm at St. Nicholas’s Church in Tallinn. All four concerts belong to the series Oratorio organised by State Concert Institute Eesti Kontsert.
