From June 25 to 29, international hand bell festival „Bells Art“ will take place in Tallinn. The key event is the premiere of Peeter Vähi’s Bronze Reflections for hand bells and cathedral carillons performed by Arsis Hand Bell Ensembles and Tartu Hand Bell Ensemble at Tallinn Town Hall Square.
