Renaud Capuçon, one of the world’s leading violinists, will perform as a soloist as well as undertaking the role of concertmaster for our national orchestra. Capuçon is one of the most influential French violinists, someone who is internationally acknowledged as a soloists and a chamber musician, and who selects his musical partners with great care. Capuçon is well known and much loved for his expressive playing style and brilliant technique. He works on a daily basis with the most reputable orchestras and conductors around the world, including in various concert halls and at various music festivals.
