On November 17, Arvo Pärt’s choral piece Habitare fratres in unum (text: Psalm 133 (132)) will be premiered. New work dedicated to Josef Stanislaw Durek will be performed by Gregorian ensemble Vox Clamantis (Estonia) at Collège des Bernardins in Paris. Ensemble will take part of two-day festival Les Heures des Bernardins with three concerts. In the evening of November 16, Ferenc Liszt’s Via crucis (piano: Claire-Marie Le Guay) will be performed. The program of the morning concert of November 17 consists of Greogorian chant, Ferenc Liszt’s De profundis, St. Francis of Assisi Preaching to the Birds (piano: Claire-Marie Le Guay) and Arvo Pärt’s Alleluia-Tropus. The final concert of the festival presents beside the world premiere also Pärt’s extensive choral work Kanon Pokajanen (1996).

The third festival Les Heures des Bernardins explores the borders of sacred and profane, festival’s eight concerts follow the rhythm of canonical hours.
