Toivo Tulev’s “Flow, my tears” on texts of John Dowland, Holy Week Improperia and composer himself will be premiered at the Easter concert of Danish vocal ensemble Ars Nova Copenhagen. One of the most eminent Scandinavian vocal group, lead by Paul Hillier, is specialized on both early and contemporary music. They have performed Tulev’s music formerly - “Summer Rain” in 2007. New piece was commissioned by Paul Hillier and Ars Nova in connection with Toivo Tulev being the composer-in-residence at the Ars Nova for the season 2007/2008. Concerts will take place on March 27 in Humlebæk Church and March 28 in Copenhagen Garnison Church.
