Kadri Kipper started her classical singing studies at Heino Eller Music School in Tartu with Jelena Suik. In 2007, she continued her studies at Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, obtaining her Master’s degree (cum laude) under the supervision of Jaakko Ryhänen in 2012. Kadri Kipper has participated in master courses of Eva Märtson, Rita Dams, Barbara Pierson, Kevin Smith, Elizabeth Erlingsdóttir, Franz Lukasovsky and Paolo de Napoli. She currently trains her skills with Nadia Kurem.

In 2010–2012, Kadri Kipper was a member of Estonian National Opera’s opera academy for young singers. During these years Kadri sang Maria in Mitch Leigh’s musical Man of La Mancha, Mercédès in George Bizet’s opera Carmen and Roxane Eino Tamberg’s opera Cyrano de Bergerac. Since 2012, Kadri Kipper is the soloist of Estonian National Opera.

Her roles on the stage of Estonian National Opera comprises also Erika in Tõnu Kõrvits’s opera Butterfly, Adina in Gaetano Donizetti’s opera L'elisir d'amore, Mabel Gibson in Imre Kálmán’s operetta The Circus Princess, Gilda in Giuseppe Verdi’s opera Rigoletto, Musetta in Giacomo Puccini’s opera La Boheme and 4th Flowermaiden in Richard Wagner’s opera Parsifal. She has also sang Fire and Nightingale in Maurice Ravel’s lyrical fantasy L'enfant et les sortilèges (performance of opera studio of Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, 2010).

Additionally, Kadri Kipper has been soloist in large scale vocal works such as Franz Schubert’s Mass No. 2 in G major, Ludwig van Beethoven’s Mass in C major and Carl Orff’s cantata Carmina burana. She has collaborated conductors like Vello Pähn, Jüri Alperten, Risto Joost, Arvo Volmer, Lauri Sirp, Tõnu Kaljuste and Kaspar Mänd.

Kadri Kipper has given solo recitals and sang different programs all over Estonia and also in St. Petersburg and Finland. Her ensemble partners have been pianists Tarmo Eespere, Piia Paemurru, Riina Pikani and Ivo Sillamaa.
