Acquiring sheet music via interlibrary loan
A great deal of Estonian music has been published during a time when Estonia was a part of the Soviet Union by publishing houses that lack a legal successor. You can obtain information regarding these sheet music publications as well as all earlier and later publications of Estonian music via the Estonian language [http://tallinn.ester.ee] or English language [http://tallinn.ester.ee/search] link of the Internet search engine of Estonian libraries, ESTER.

The residents of Estonia can borrow sheet music from Estonian and foreign libraries by using the interlibrary loan (ILL) service, presented on the website of the Estonian National Library at http://www.nlib.ee/rvl (in Estonian language). For the residents of foreign countries, terms of the borrowing sheet music from the Estonian National Library are displayed on its English language web site at http://www.nlib.ee/request-from-another-library.

Don’t hesitate to ask!
