Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir and Tallinn Chamber Orchestra concert tour in America

From November 3 to 20, Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir and Tallinn Chamber Orchestra under the baton of Tõnu Kaljuste will give concerts in the US. Works by Arvo Pärt, Toivo Tulev, Erkki-Sven Tüür and Tõnu Kõrvits will be performed.

EPCC and TCO will give 11 concerts in different cities, including Washington, DC, New York City and Toronto, Canada. Besides works by Antonio Vivaldi and Paul Frehner, the program also consists of “Wallfahrtslied”, “L’abbé Agathon”, “Da pacem Domine”, “Te Deum” and Orient & Occident by Pärt, “Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice!” by Tulev, Requiem and cycle Show (Action, Passion, Illusion) by Tüür and “Kreek’s notebook” by Kõrvits.

EPCC and TCO are giving the concerts in the US together for the third time. The concert tour is organized by New World Classics.

On October 31, the EPCC conducted by its chief conductor Daniel Reuss participated in Paisley Choral Festival, Scotland.
