Estonian National Symphony Orchestra in St. Petersburg

Today, on March 29 Estonian National Symphony Orchestra with conductor Andres Mustonen will perform at the Grand Hall of the St. Petersburg Philharmonia where the concert dedicated to the 80th birthday of composer Sofia Gubaidulina will take place.

The program of the concert consists of Gubaidulina's "Two Paths" (1998), "The Rider on the White Horse" (2002) and "Alleluia" (1990). Soloists are Isabel Villanueva (viola), Marina Katarzhnova (viola), Egor Reutov (descant), Boris Stepanov (tenor), Artyom Kamalitdinov (bass) and choir of the Mikhailovsky Theatre.

For the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra this concert is very special because of the fact that the last concert of ERSO in the Grand Hall took place 22 years ago.
